Innovata is a global leader in travel related content management, content distribution as well as travel planning solutions utilising this content. Airlines, airports, hotels, web based travel companies and a wide range of industry related companies and associations use our data and solutions to help facilitate their own businesses.
In association with IATA, Innovata markets the Schedule Reference Service (SRS) to the aviation industry. The database contains over 99% of all flight schedules worldwide with over 900 airlines participating in and updating the SRS directly. Approximately 90% of the database is updated and refreshed each week.
The SRS database is also the a source for a portfolio of market leading timetable services, route network mapping services and airline schedules related analytical services used by over 200 customers worldwide.
Our content management expertise also extends to the hotel sector. Innovata provides hotel chains with fully branded and customisable electronic distribution solutions which include downloadable directories as a complement to more traditional printed hotel directories.
Innovata is also a major supplier of travel services to the US Government. As a subcontractor we provide our entire database portfolio to Northrop Grumman for the Defense Travel System used by the US Military; we also host and maintain a travel planning portal for military and federal travelers; and we provide in depth airline schedules analysis to the GSA in support of their annually negotiated contracted Govt. air fares program.
